Ask and "Ye" Shall Receive

Ask and "Ye" Shall Receive

There are those I have met that will grumble at this verse. They will complain that they asked and got nothing. In which case many see this verse as bunk!

Let me assure you this IS NOT bunk. This is the 100% gospel truth like no other truth.

Many times our prayers are answered. They might not be answered in the time frame that we want, it might not (be) the answer we wanted but he does answer. There are times that God answers us by not answering us.

You know I've always been one of those people that have wondered if God had answered me but I was just to dense to know he had already answered me.

Let me just forewarn you that there are times that God will answer you so loud and clear you will almost feel like he is screaming at you.

There will be no doubt in your mind that God is real and that God IS in control. This is something you need to always know "God IS in control."

I prayed recently about two things that was really bothering me. One of them was that I knew God wanted me to do something but wasn't sure what, so I ask him.

I just ask, "God I know you want me to do something but I don't know what will you show me."

The answer came in the form of me sitting at my computer doing something like twitting or something when suddenly I found my self at vista print.

I was ordering cards. I had no idea what was going to be on this card until it was done.
This is the card I made. Wow, okay so that is what he wants me to do because this had not been on my mind at all when I started looking at the cards at vista print. Actually, I had no intent of building a card at all there.

Then after this came the big answer. I had not felt well for sometime. I knew something was wrong. I ask God,

"Look God I know somethings wrong with me but I don't have the nerve to go and see what it is help me please."

Less that 3 days or so later, I was transported to three different hospitals because I got so sick one Sunday to end up at the Heart Hospital Baylor Plano having open heart surgery.

You talk about shocked? I thought I had bronchitis and indeed I did have that as well but it got so bad they did 3-D x-rays and this is when they found My aorta was larger than my heart and needed surgery ASAP.

If you don't believe that God answers you re-read this. I wish I could talk to you personally and tell you what all happen to get me to the point of being at that hospital getting that surgery. It would take to long and to much space to write. How ever contact me should you like to discuss God and how he answered my prayers. :)

God is always in charge.

Bless you and your family,
Susan
